Hmm might be pushing the exercise thing a bit far. But it feels so good to have an aching body again.
So after Mondays effort, I spent four hours swimming yesterday and then went to the gym as well AND work.
Which I wasn’t rostered but I felt bad for calling in sick Monday and I’d like the keep my status as the favourite so when the boss texted me I felt like I had to go in. I got there and demolished an entire box of shapes I was so hungry. My bad.
So anyways then I went to the gym again this morning. And while my neck and things are still sore but workable, my core, dear god. Me doing sit-ups? Was really me laying on the floor. I couldn’t even get one up haha.
Yet I’ve decided I’m definitely redoing that spartan training again tomorrow which includes 100 crunches so I hope it’s better by then.
Also, netball tonight. We’re playing a team we haven’t played before and my netball skills are coming along nicely so I’m excited :)
